Front Desk Coordinator /
Insurance & Referral Specialist Pay:
$20-25/hour (based on experience)

Fort Worth, TX About the Role We are seeking a seasoned, detail‑oriented front desk professional who can handle the more advanced administrative functions of our clinic. This role supports the clinical team by ensuring insurance, referrals, and patient balances are handled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform insurance verifications and eligibility checks Review and confirm patient balances prior to visits Coordinate referrals, imaging orders, and specialist appointments Float between front desk and back office as needed Assist with prior authorizations when required Support scheduling and patient communication Maintain accurate documentation and follow‑up tracking Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies Requirements Experience in a medical front desk or administrative role is required Strong understanding of insurance verification and patient balances Experience coordinating referrals and medical orders Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy EMR experience preferred (TEBRA a plus, but not required) Who Thrives in This Role Someone who is confident, organized, and proactive Someone who can work independently and problem‑solve Someone who understands the flow of a medical office and can support the team
