Receptionist Needed. We are looking for Experienced Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator (EXPIN OPEN DENTAL
) who are ready for the challenge of growing and developing their career alongside our Clinical team in a dynamic family-oriented culture. $150 joining bonus if you can join immediately. $100 if you can within a week.Roles/duties expected:
Managing overall productivity and profitability for dental office location Increasing patient growth and retention by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs Achieving revenue goals by effectively managing the office teams, patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections and receivables Handling all patient service issues to ensure excellent service Creating staff schedules Presenting treatment plans and assisting guests with overcoming financial obstacles as needed Performing all other duties assigned to support your Office What must you have to be a part of our team Strong communication skills and positive attitude Experience in open dental preferred Leadership skills and the ability to lead full staff Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully leading and managing multiple offices Knowledge of dental insurance plans and dental terminology is a must Strong Motivation and skills in presenting patient treatment plans and financial arrangement Experience in following claims/ billingExperience:
