The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in phone systems, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Provide accurate information to callers regarding services, products, and company policies. Maintain a courteous and friendly demeanor while assisting customers with inquiries or concerns. Perform data entry tasks as needed, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system. Assist with dispatching responsibilities when necessary, coordinating communication between teams. Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele effectively. Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Call patient to make results/ER/specialist follow up appointment Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative role or as a phone operator is preferred. Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Excellent verbal communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to type efficiently while maintaining clear communication with callers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to assist both customers and team members. Professionalism; Maintains a polite and courteous demeanor at all times. Strong Communication Skills; Clearly communicates with patients and medical staff.
