About the Position Highland Longevity is seeking a dependable, friendly, and confident part-time receptionist to support our patients and clinical team. The receptionist is often the first and last person a patient interacts with, so this position requires professionalism, warmth, strong communication skills, and close attention to detail. The right candidate will also feel comfortable discussing Highland Longevity's products and services with patients. This may include speaking with patients while they wait for an appointment, identifying potential interests, explaining available options within the scope of their training, and helping generate additional product and service sales. Communicate patient concerns and front desk issues to the appropriate team member. Educate patients about approved products, services, promotions, and membership options while identifying appropriate sales opportunities. Process payments and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Complete required HIPAA training and follow all privacy, security, and office procedures. Assist with other front desk and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and confident when speaking with patients. Comfortable promoting products and services in a patient-centered manner. Dependable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using phones, computers, scheduling systems, and electronic patient records. Able to protect confidential patient information. Previous medical office, reception, customer service, retail, or sales experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Attendance Expectations This position provides essential front desk coverage, so dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Employees who cannot report for a scheduled shift must personally notify their supervisor as soon as possible and follow Highland Longevity's call-in procedure. Repeated call-ins, tardiness, leaving a shift without authorization, or failing to report for a scheduled shift without notification may result in corrective action, up to and including termination, consistent with company policy and applicable law.
