Our practice includes medical, chiropractic, rehabilitation, and regenerative services, including regenerative medicine, decompression therapy, cold laser, chiropractic care, and additional therapies designed to improve the lives of patients throughout the North Dallas area. The front desk is an extremely important part of our practice. You are often the first face a patient sees when they arrive and the last person they interact with before they leave , helping set the tone and energy for their entire patient experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys being the primary point of contact for patients, whether in person, over the phone, or through email. This person should take pride in knowing our practice, treatments, and services so they can confidently answer questions, support current patients, and communicate with prospective patients. You will work closely with our doctors, clinical team, and other staff members and will have the opportunity to understand how the entire practice operates—not simply work behind a front desk. This is a fast-paced position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, positive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
Warmly greeting and checking in patients Creating a positive and professional experience from the moment patients arrive until they leave Answering phones, emails, and patient questions Scheduling and managing patient appointments Communicating with patients regarding treatment, appointments, insurance, and general questions Assisting prospective new patients and confidently explaining our practice, mission, and services Collecting payments and handling front-office financial transactions Verifying insurance benefits and patient information Coordinating with other doctors' offices and healthcare providers Maintaining accurate and organized patient charts and documentation Communicating effectively with doctors, patients, and staff members Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a high-paced, multitasking environment Taking ownership of the front desk and helping facilitate a smooth flow throughout the office We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, energetic, professional, and welcoming An excellent communicator in person, over the phone, and through email Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Confident in solving problems and finding answers for patients Interested in learning and becoming knowledgeable about our treatments and services Dependable and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities A strong team player with an excellent work ethic and positive attitude
Experience Requirements:
Applicants must have at least 2 years of medical front-office, front desk, receptionist, or comparable healthcare office experience. Professional references from previous employers are required. Experience with insurance verification, medical billing, or coding is a plus.
