Our team operates in a fast-moving environment where organization, communication, and teamwork are essential. We are hiring a detail-oriented, patient-focused Front Office Specialist who can confidently manage daily operations at the front desk while creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and manage a seamless check-in and check-out process Maintain an efficient and productive provider schedule Confirm upcoming appointments and manage patient follow-ups Verify and break down dental insurance (PPO, Medicaid, Medicare) accurately Review treatment plans, discuss financials, and collect patient payments Manage a high volume of phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries Coordinate closely with clinical team to support daily flow Provide consistent, professional service in a busy setting Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date Qualifications Previous dental front office experience is required Strong knowledge of insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payment options with patients Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional, confident, and patient-centered communication style Experience with Open Dental is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We Offer Established practice with a strong patient base and reputation Fast-paced environment with consistent daily activity Team-oriented culture with strong support systems Opportunities for growth and advancement Competitive compensation based on experience
