Overview Established private dental practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Team Member to join our team. We are a long-standing, family-oriented office focused on providing excellent patient care and creating a positive experience for both our patients and staff. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and communicates warmly and clearly with patients and coworkers. We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and alongside others. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule Checking patients in and out Verifying insurance benefits and entering breakdowns into the system Answering a multi-line phone system Submitting electronic and paper insurance claims Collecting and posting payments Following up on unscheduled treatment Assisting with general front office duties and patient communication Reliable daily transportation is required. This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday - Thursday and every other Friday- 7:40am-5pm.

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Dental experience is a must
• Eaglesoft is preferred
• Team player
• Dependable
• Knowledge of dental ADA codes and Dental terminology
• Good understanding of Dental Terminology
• Friendly and welcoming

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
