- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Collect copays and process payments
- Scan and maintain electronic medical records
- Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff
- Keep the front office organized and running smoothly Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Medical office experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning electronic medical record systems
