We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the daily schedule Answer phones, respond to texts/emails, and handle patient inquiries Verify dental insurance, explain benefits, and collect co-pays/payments Check patients in and out accurately Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow Handle recalls, confirmations, and follow-ups Explain financing options to patients Qualifications Bilingual Spanish and English is

REQUIRED
