We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Full-Time Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our guests' stay, creating a warm and inviting environment that encourages repeat visits. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and prompt resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information while adhering to hotel policies. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to meet guest expectations. Assist with night audit responsibilities, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and team members across multiple channels. Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance their stay. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on customer service. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is preferred. Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous hotel or resort experience is advantageous; knowledge of guest services and hospitality standards is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building positive relationships.
