We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized Front Desk and Treatment Coordinator to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Open Dental software, performing insurance verification and posting, and possess strong communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion for patients is essential. Spanish-speaking skills are strongly preferred to help serve our diverse patient base.
Key Responsibilities:
Key liaison between patient and treatment Review and present treatment plans and insurance coverages to patients based on doctor findings Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and welcoming manner. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow. Perform insurance verification and posting, ensuring accurate billing and claims processing. Use Open Dental software to update patient information, manage appointments, and process insurance claims. Assist patients with insurance-related questions, including coverage details and benefits. Ensure all patient forms are completed accurately and on time. Provide administrative support to the dental team, including handling patient records and correspondence. Manage patient inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations. Provide assistance with general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience and proficiency presenting treatment and covering insurance benefits Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a dental office is required. Proficiency in using Open Dental software is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and posting is essential. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus. =
