Dean's Professional Services is now hiring for qualified Medical Receptionist to work in the Katy area for a Large Healthcare Organization.

•5:00pm
Starting Pay Rate:
$16.00 / Hourly + (Based on experience)
Temporary to hire
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the front-office point of contact and represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
Welcome patients, visitors, clients, and staff and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and administrative activities.
Check-in/check-out, insurance verification, referrals, authorizations, and other administrative processes as needed.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, correspondence, and files.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, leadership, and internal departments.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant or medical office experience preferred.
- Clean Power EMR experience preferred.
