Pay:
$14.00-$16.00/hr

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Medical Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients in a busy medical office. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls Schedule and manage patient appointments Verify patient information and insurance coverage Collect co‑pays and process payments Maintain and update patient records Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality Required Skills & Experience Proficient with multi‑line phone systems Experience using EMR systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic, Dentrix preferred) Strong administrative and data‑entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not required) Previous medical or dental office receptionist experience is a plus Why Work With Express?
