Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical and dental administrative procedures, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service. This role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining accurate medical records within a fast-paced clinical environment. The successful applicant will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth office operations and adherence to confidentiality policies.
Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office (preferred) Knowledge of dental billing and insurance verification Experience submitting insurance claims and processing payments Familiarity with orthodontic practice management software is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding balances Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Assist with other front office duties as needed If you have front office experience and enjoy providing excellent patient care, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
