Job Summary Lake Forest Endodontics is a brand-new specialty dental practice dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient, and high-quality endodontic care. We are looking for a warm, dependable, experienced and highly organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our practice from the beginning. As one of our first team members, you will have an important role in shaping our office culture, creating a positive patient experience, and developing efficient front-office systems. The ideal candidate is professional, welcoming, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing practice where responsibilities may evolve over time. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details Manage patient scheduling with precision, coordinating appointments and follow-ups to optimize clinic flow. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about services, insurance policies, and appointment availability while practicing excellent phone etiquette. Collect and process payments, perform medical collections when necessary, and ensure accurate billing using coding standards including CPT codes, ICD-9/10 codes, and Medicare guidelines. Maintain comprehensive patient records by reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness in compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure all patient information is up-to-date and properly documented within health information management protocols. Requirements 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred Familiarity with dental insurance ( required ) Have RDA license is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using dental software Friendly, punctual, and team-oriented Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dental care!
