Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Mission, TX 78572 $7.60 - $20.00 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $7.60 - $20.00 an hour - Part-time, Full-time We are looking for a full-time Medical receptionist with at least 1 year of experience but not required. The job will in-tell the following and more: 1. Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself. 2. Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in, and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data from hospitals or specialists. 3. Provide patients with intake forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents. 4. Process payments from patients co-pays, deductibles, and uninsured visits 5. Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician and PA/NP availability 6. Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for off-site services. 7. ETC.
