The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be proficient in handling various administrative tasks in a healthcare setting. Clinic Hours Monday
  • Friday:
    8:00am-12:00pm
  • 2:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday:
8:00am
  • 12:00pm Shifts are as follows: 4:00pm
  • 8:00pm 6:00pm-8:00pm Rotating Saturdays 8am-12pm Duties
  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
  • Verify insurance coverage
  • Utilize electronic health record systems for patient check-in and scheduling
  • Maintain organized patient files and ensure accurate documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the clinic's daily operations Skills
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for appointment scheduling and patient records
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Prior experience in a medical clinic or healthcare environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of insurance verification processes
Pay:
Up to $13.00 per hour
