What you'll do Welcome with warmth: Greet patients and visitors with a professional, friendly, and caring demeanor that reflects our mission to exceed expectations.
Streamline patient visits:
Assist with online demographic updates, insurance scanning, and collecting payments.
Stay organized:
Manage forms, signatures, and clerical tasks with accuracy and efficiency to support smooth clinic operations.
Team communication:
Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
Maintain a welcoming space:
Ensure our lobby is clean, comfortable, and inviting for patients and their families.
