Must Speak Spanish and English fluently to apply. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility, providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients ,managing appointments, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. Experience in phlebotomy is a must Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments for various departments including emergency medicine, dermatology, and outpatient services. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations. Assist with medical coding and billing processes as needed. Answer phone calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries or directing them to appropriate staff. Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff to streamline care delivery. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Experience Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar medical administrative support role is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology related to urgent care, emergency medicine, dermatology, and hospital settings is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient information. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
