Job description: Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of our Dental Office. This vital role involves managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative flow. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to support daily office functions and create a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. This paid position offers an engaging environment where your organizational talents and customer support skills will shine. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and preparing and presenting treatment plans. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, and Eaglesoft. Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Prepare and present treatment plans to patients Requirements Must have proven experience in dental office administrative roles with strong clerical skills Bilingual Dental treatment planning Must be familiar with Eaglesoft Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and data entry skills Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in a fast paced Dental Office Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle confidential information discreetly Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational prowess and friendly demeanor will make a meaningful impact every day!
