Our orthodontic practice is seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Representative to support daily operations and ensure every patient visit is seamless and welcoming. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with patients, and takes pride in keeping both communication and office workflows running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet and assist patients, creating a warm and professional environment Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly Support scheduling, patient flow, and daily office coordination Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, correspondence, and inventory Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain an efficient schedule Follow up on patient leads and support conversion efforts Participate in team huddles and contribute to overall office productivity What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure Team player with a positive, professional attitude Comfortable using office software and computer systems 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred Bilingual skills are required Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts) In-person role Pay $21-23 per hour Join a team focused on creating confident smiles while delivering an outstanding patient experience every day.
