Job Description
We are excited to welcome a full time Medical Receptionist to our pediatric practice at our Woodlands office, located at 9200 Pinecroft Dr. in Shenandoah, Texas. Our receptionists are the first friendly faces and voices our patients and families encounter. We truly value the important role they play in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every family who walks through our doors. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A minimum commitment of 12 consecutive months is required. We are unable to offer part time, flexible, or seasonal schedules. In this role, you will: Greet patients and caregivers in person and over the phone Schedule appointments Create telephone encounters for providers Verify insurance coverage Check patients in and out Collect copays Process documents Support the overall flow of the front office No two days are exactly the same, and teamwork is essential.
