Job Summary:
. Answering phones, welcoming patients, and handling patient flower from check in to check out . Verifying patient information, providing consent forms and obtaining necessary documents . Maintaining and updating patient's database . Scheduling and confirming patient appointments . Following HIPAA compliance and OSHA guidance
- Organizing physical files and virtual paperwork . Creating and submitting front desk report at the end of day . Maintaining cash registry
- Maintaining the lobby, reception area, and other common areas .
Attending staff meetings/ training . Delivering products to another clinic as needed
Qualification Requirement:
. Must be able to work from Monday to Friday
- May be required to work at other clinics based on business needs
- Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred
- Must have strong telephone and computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and coworkers
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Provides positive patient and colleagues interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
