Job Description
We are a fast-paced medical office seeking a positive, self-motivated person to add to our team long term! Position includes, but is not limited to: Greeting patients at check in and check out Ensuring all patient paperwork is complete and accurate Check in and register patients in EMR Schedule appointments and new patient referrals Collect payments Coordinating financial agreements Answer phones/ route calls appropriately Call patients for appointment reminders Maintaining a clean and well organized office setting Performing other duties as assigned Excellent customer service and communication skills are mandatory. Must be dependable and professional Multitasking is essential and must be able to perform in a high volume environment What must you have to be a part of our team? A welcoming smile and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills The desire and ability to connect with and serve our patients Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Front office medical experience preferred Completion of a Medical Assisting Program is not required but preferred
