Job Description
Job Summary:
Performs all front office duties including greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, compiling and recording dental charts and correspondence. The goal of the front office specialist is to ensure the office has efficient and effective flow of patients.Skills:
Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish Effervescent personality Professional demeanor Able to work well within a team Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Eaglesoft. Proficient in operating office equipment (copier, fax, etc.) Working knowledge of insurance plans and dental codes.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify patient insurance Verify accuracy of daily scheduling reports. Track appointment confirmations and "No Shows". Confirm appointments Keep front reception area organized. Input and scan all necessary patient reports. Check patients in/out. Schedule appointments Answer social media message and appointment requests Accurately calculate remaining benefits, co-pays and deductible amounts. Verify proper coding and billing service codes Insure proper office supply inventory. Performs other duties as assigned.Job Type:
