Willis Kids Pediatric Dentistry is a brand-new, modern pediatric dental practice opening in early 2026 in Willis Town Center — and we're creating a bright, cheerful, family-friendly dental home for little Texans! Our practice will focus on creating a fun, seamless, and positive experience for our patients and their families. We're looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator who brings positivity, organization skills, and strong insurance know-how. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to help build a practice from the ground up and grow with us long term. What You'll Do Greet families with genuine friendliness Verify dental insurance (PPO + Medicaid) Submit claims, attach documentation, and follow up on balances Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily clinical schedule. Explain treatment plans clearly, along with estimates. Collect Co-pays before treatment. Check in and check out patients Communicate kindly with families Keep the front desk area organized and running smoothly Help establish new workflows and office processes before opening Who You Are 1+ years of dental front office experience required Understanding of dental insurance, EOBs, and CDT codes Experience with Medicaid portals Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Warm, kid-friendly personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Schedule Full-time Must be available 2-3 weeks before opening for training Competitive pay How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief note describing your dental receptionist experience and why you want to apply for this job.
