Puddle Pool Services is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our pool/spa maintenance & minor marketing team. Woohoo!!!!! Are you a hard-working, motivated, detail-oriented, can handle working outside by yourself in all weather conditions and dedicated individual who is hands on and loves marketing as well? Can you provide top-notch customer service? Do you want a CAREER, not just a job, with room to grow and learn? We like to promote and grow from within, that's what makes us unstoppable We are looking for dependable, hard working, trust worthy driven career seekers to join our team . As a Puddle Pool Technician, we will provide you with your own vehicle to complete your daily pool route (available after successful training period) and the necessary equipment and chemicals to maintain/service multiple bodies of waters such as Pools, Spas, and Water Features. Perform weekly pool cleaning and basic maintenance. Testing and administering properly balanced pool water chemistry. Conduct minor repairs and clean filters. Accurately organize and maintain all records from each property visit using our software via mobile device and communicate those with customers and management. Maintain clean and professional equipment and work site. Monday to Friday. Some Weekends.

Company vehicle to complete Pool Jobs. Company Uniforms. Tips & Bonuses. Continuing Education (Such as courses and technical training). The pool technician should be able to maintain a professional attitude while striving to surpass customer's expectations when servicing their pool. Hours will be Monday through Friday.
You MUST have:
Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. Love working outdoors in all weather conditions and enjoy hands-on work? Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Dependable and honest. Self-starter who can work alone without the need for constant management. An active, healthy lifestyle is a plus. Ability to use smartphones and email. Valid Driver's License with a VEHICLE to drive to and from work. Clean background check No smoking or vaping We will provide training for new team members.
