Client Relations & Intake Sales SpecialistAbout Law Elevated Law Elevated is a rapidly growing family law firm based in Park City, Utah. We help individuals and families navigate difficult transitions with clear guidance, compassionate support, and an elevated level of personal service. Our goal is to make every prospective client feel as though they were personally referred to us by someone they trust. From the first phone call, clients should feel known, supported, and confident that they have found the right team to help them move forward. The Role Law Elevated is hiring a persuasive, compassionate, and highly motivated Client Relations & Intake Sales Specialist to turn prospective-client inquiries into scheduled consultations and lasting client relationships. This is not a traditional receptionist position. You will own the first stage of the client journey and play a direct role in the growth of the firm. When someone contacts Law Elevated, they are often overwhelmed, uncertain, and deciding whom they can trust. Your job is to connect with them quickly, understand what they need, communicate why Law Elevated is the right next step, and confidently ask them to schedule a consultation. You will be expected to follow up consistently, handle objections professionally, discuss consultation fees comfortably, and keep qualified leads from slipping away. Success will be measured through responsiveness, consultation bookings, consultation attendance, follow-up performance, client experience, and overall intake conversion. The right person is warm but decisive, persuasive without being aggressive, highly organized, and energized by measurable results. You should enjoy earning trust, helping people make important decisions, and knowing your work directly contributes to the success of the firm. What You'll Do Respond to prospective clients by phone, email, text, and website inquiry. Build trust, identify client needs, and explain the value of Law Elevated. Confidently guide qualified prospective clients toward scheduling a consultation. Follow up consistently and ensure promising leads do not disappear. Maintain accurate intake records and track each prospective client's next step. Help new clients complete paperwork and transition smoothly to their legal team. Provide a warm, organized, and professional experience for callers and office visitors. Assist with client feedback, reviews, and basic front-office responsibilities. What We're Looking For Experience in sales, client relations, intake, hospitality, recruiting, or customer service Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills Confidence discussing fees, answering objections, and asking for the consultation Genuine empathy and the ability to connect with people during difficult situations Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail Initiative, enthusiasm, and comfort working toward measurable goals Professional writing skills and proficiency with general office technology Experience with Clio, legal services, CRM software, or professional-service sales is preferred but not required.
