Work alongside 3 doctors and clinical staff; one of two front desk personnel. Reliability is essential. Job Description + Front Desk Operations — Check patients in and out, complete patient registration, schedule follow‑up appointments, and manage daily front desk workflow. + Patient Support — Provide general customer service, assist patients with needs, and maintain a welcoming environment. + Phone & Communication — Answer incoming calls, assist patients with questions, and route calls as needed. + EMR Documentation — Document doctor notes and update patient files in the EMR system. + Multitasking — Balance simultaneous demands including assisting doctors, supporting patients at the desk, and managing phone volume. +Workload Breakdown:
Phones (33%), Computer/EMR (33%), In‑person patient support (33%). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
