Join our pediatric dental office as a Dental Receptionist, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors alike! In this vital role, you will manage patient scheduling, insurance verification, and dental records with precision and care. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth clinic operations, and exceptional patient service. Duties Greet patients warmly and handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments efficiently using dental office management software Verify insurance coverage for dental procedures. Assist with intake procedures by collecting patient information, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and updating medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate with clinical staff regarding care plans and appointment schedules to optimize patient flow and service delivery.
