Job Description

Graham Park Dental is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must speak fluent Spanish and English and have excellent communication and customer service skills. No prior dental experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Previous dental or medical front desk experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Maintain and organize the daily patient schedule Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance-related tasks Collect and process patient payments and cash transactions Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and other administrative duties Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience Assist with general front office and administrative tasks as needed Work effectively in a fast-paced dental office environment Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Spanish and English - required Previous dental or medical front desk experience is preferred but not required No dental experience necessary; training will be provided Knowledge of dental or medical terminology is a plus, but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to work some weekends

Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
