Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistant - Urgent Care & Primary Care We are a fast-paced medical practice providing both Urgent Care and Primary Care services and are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis. Key Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations of a busy urgent care and primary care practice Provide exceptional patient care with a kind, professional, and respectful demeanor Willingness to cross-train and support both front-office and back-office duties Maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Work collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow Demonstrate strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills Qualifications Previous EMR experience preferred, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to manage a high volume of patients efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic clinical environmen
