Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team! Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and check in efficiently using electronic health records Eaglesoft. Schedule appointments accurately while managing multiple-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Collect payments, process medical collections, and perform billing tasks in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical billing standards. Review and update patient records, ensuring all documentation aligns with clinical confidentiality policies and medical terminology standards. Assist with intake procedures, including collecting patient information and updating medical records in electronic health records (EHR) management systems. Manage office supplies, file documents securely, and maintain an organized front desk environment to support seamless clinic operations. Experience Prior experience working as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare front desk setting is highly preferred; dental clinic experience is a plus. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms like Meditech or Epic. Excellent computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing skills including 10-key typing for efficient data entry. Knowledge of dental terminology, clinical confidentiality policies, and medical office management enhances your ability to excel in this role. Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and professional communication are essential for success.
