Would you like to join a thriving and growing ENT/facial plastic surgery practice? If so, then this exciting opportunity, with two of the area's most highly reputed surgeons, is for you! We are seeking a polished, warm, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to add to our team! Our front staff are the first and last point of contact so you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient, from their first phone call to their final check-out. Key responsibilities Patient greeting and reception: Warmly welcome and assist all patients and visitors, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
Scheduling and coordination:
Manage the appointment schedule, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments with precision.
Patient communication:
Answer phones, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries with professionalism and extensive knowledge of our services and products.
Administrative duties:
Handle patient check-in and check-out, verify patient information and insurance, process payments, and manage patient records with discretion and accuracy.
Retail sales support:
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our medical-grade skincare products and cosmetic services and assist with inventory and retail displays.
Office organization:
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception and waiting areas.
Team collaboration:
Support the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated patient experience.
Qualifications Experience:
Proven front desk, reception, or customer-facing experience, preferably in a medical, spa, or luxury retail environment preferred but medical front desk experience required Interpersonal skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a genuinely warm and welcoming personality.
Organizational skills:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy:
Proficiency with scheduling software, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Professionalism:
Polished, confident, and discreet demeanor when handling sensitive patient information.
Aesthetics passion:
A genuine interest in the cosmetic and wellness industry and a willingness to continuously learn about new products and services. What we offer Competitive compensation - $18 - $20 per hour. GREAT schedule:
Monday - Friday, no weekends, no evenings (we try to close the office early every Friday afternoon dependent upon provider schedules).
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
