Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator Northern Virginia Dental Solutions - Tysons Corner, VA Are you someone who loves making people feel welcome? At Northern Virginia Dental Solutions, we believe dentistry should feel different. Our patients aren't just appointments on the schedule—they're people we truly enjoy getting to know. We're looking for a compassionate, energetic Dental Receptionist to become the friendly face and voice of our growing practice.
What You'll Do:
Welcome patients with a warm, genuine smile Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and collect payments Coordinate treatment schedules and recall appointments Help patients understand their treatment and financial options Keep the front office organized and running smoothly Work closely with our clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Friendly, positive, and professional An excellent communicator Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Passionate about customer service and helping people 2+ years of Dental front office experience is
