Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Welcome patients and create a positive first impression Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Answer phones and assist with patient questions Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance information Update patient records and prepare charts for the clinical team Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments Keep the reception and waiting areas organized and inviting Perform general administrative and front office duties
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy office Experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required Availability to work the schedule below, including evenings and occasional
Saturdays Part-Time Schedule:
Monday:
2:00 PM•8:00
PM Tuesday & Thursday:
1:00 PM•7:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM•4:00
PM Occasional Saturdays Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00•$30.00 per hour
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
