Job Description
Valley View Health Center is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist for our Centralia clinic. Bilingual required in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including typing proficiency and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. The candidate should demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, dependability, and reliability, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. This role requires strong time management and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve effectively. Medical office experience preferred. Experience with NextGen is a plus. Front office experience preferred.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm 4 (10)'s.
