Join Our Team at Munger Physical Therapy - Part-Time Medical Receptionist (15-20 hours/week) Munger Physical Therapy is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to become part of our compassionate and growing team. This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week), ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment and enjoys making a difference in people's lives.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor Answer and direct incoming phone calls with care and accuracy Schedule patient appointments according to the therapist's Plan of Care Obtain insurance authorizations and verify coverage Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities A team player who thrives in a collaborative and upbeat workplace
