Updated 08/26/2026 Job Description Job Summary Assembly TechnicianBuild Quality Products in a Hands-On Manufacturing Environment Were looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, youll assemble electrical and mechanical components, route wiring, read blueprints, and help build high-quality products that meet strict safety and quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, wed love to hear from you. What Youll Do Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools Build and route wiring according to engineering drawings and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents Inspect and verify completed work to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot assembly issues and help keep production moving efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Provide updates on production progress and communicate issues as needed Support team goals and assist with additional production tasks when required What Were Looking For Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related environment Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or technical instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills and comfort working with production systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk throughout the shift Ability to distinguish wire and component colors accurately Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience with electrical assembly or wire routing Experience performing inspections or quality checks in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with MRP or production tracking systems Why Join Us?
