Job Description

Front Office Dental Administrator We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable professional to join our Front Office Team. If you enjoy helping patients, and take pride in staying organized and detail-oriented, we'd love to meet you! Our office is open Monday-Thursday, giving you a consistent schedule and a great work/life balance. Schedule 4 days per week In-office position (not remote) Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out Insurance verification and billing Payment posting Dental coding and treatment planning General front office and clerical duties What We're Looking For Dental office experience (required) Experience with Dentrix Ascend (strongly preferred) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with computers and typing Positive attitude and team-player mindset Willingness to learn and grow What We Offer 4-day work week Paid time off Paid holidays Retirement benefits Supportive doctor and team environment We're looking to hire ASAP.
