We are a 50+ year old Dentist owned private practice in the Laurelhurst neighborhood, looking for someone to join our compassionate and detail oriented team. We pride ourselves in taking exceptional care of each patient's individual needs and providing the highest quality dentistry. Our open position is for
  • Monday
Thursday:
8-5pm and Fridays 8-4pm
Responsibilities:
  • A warm welcoming face when patients walk in
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records
  • Manage schedule changes and requests
  • Answering phone calls, emails and texts
  • Accepting patient payments
  • Submitting insurance claims
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Ideally has previous dental experience
