Job Description
Our state of the art, family, cosmetic dental practice is looking for a positive, reliable, professional and self-motivated Dental Office Scheduling Coordinator who shares our passion and commitment for patient care. We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years in dental management and supervisory experience that would enjoy being an asset to our amazing team in Madison Park! Located in Madison Park near the Arboretum, with free parking and easy access to 520 and I-5. This gorgeous practice is growing and would love someone who is eager and driven to facilitate the goals for patient care, the team and the practice.
Skills and Responsibilities:
Express leadership skills in the practice by being responsive, professional and strong communicator with doctor and team members Oversee practice systems, processes and manage incoming patient inquiries, check-in patients, ensure co-pays and outstanding balances are collected at time of services Maintain a positive attitude and warm personality to ensure practice standards for excellent customer service and practice efficiency Provide support and achieve business goals, revenue, and profitability objectives through a respectful, forward thinking, and motivational style Maintain human resources files and payroll protocols Present treatment plans and assist with financing options to patients as needed Provide training and development support to ensure all team members demonstrate knowledge of the business, operating procedures, and protocols Ensures schedule is optimized for optimal productivityRequired Qualifications:
Experience with Dental Software - 2+ years Eaglesoft preferred Experience with updating Fee Schedules Experience answering phones professionally and booking new patient appointments Must be familiar with Dental Coding and Dental Insurance in addition to obtaining insurance estimates and patient insurance verifications Must be well-organized, professional and proficient in dental practice office management Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be able to build relationships with clinical providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and responding to patient, clinical, and operational concerns timely and effectively This is a full time position! Our hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9-6pm, Thursday 8-5pm and Friday 8-2pm.Our benefits include:
