Role Include:
o Front Office day-to-day administration o Greet patients and answer phones calls and routes them to the appropriate department o Verify current insurance, personal and financial information o Schedule patient appointments o Follow up calls to patients and referring offices o Maintain office areas, office supplies, keep reception area presentable, etc o Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
o High School Diploma or GED equivalent o Dental insurance knowledge a plus o Strong experience with taking ownership of day-to-day Office Administration duties o Positive attitude is a must! We need someone who has a winning attitude that has no problem taking initiative. o Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills o Interpersonal sensitivity and ability to diffuse emotional situations o Excellent listening and customer service skills in person and on the phone o Strong team player o Strong organizational skills o Excellent written and verbal skills, with attention to detail and follow up o Demonstrate a strong work ethic o Out of state travel for professional training required This is a full-time position.
