Dental Front Office
Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated Front Office/Billing Person to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role by performing various administrative and clerical tasks while also acting as the "face" of the office. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities including filing, answering the phone, interacting with patients, and basic bookkeeping, in addition to other tasks. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Greet and welcome all patients Answer all incoming calls and return any messages promptly Confirm appointments for following day Manage dentist and hygienist schedule Present treatment plans Set up payment plans Balance daysheet and deposit Manage continuing care The ideal candidate will: Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent customer service Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software a plus
