Dental Office Lead Front Desk

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Front Desk person to join our single dentist, two hygienist practice. We have a second back office person helping manage insurance and billing. This position is our primary point of patient contact for day to day operations. Presenting treatment options, new patient intake, and general patient communications. Our practice is focused on treating patients like family and providing high levels of comprehensive care. We have amazing patients, a wonderful team of providers and are focused on continuing to receive only 5 star reviews. We make friends with our patients and enjoy serving our community. Our office delivers excellent service by creating relationships with our patients through transparent communication and producing high quality dentistry using current techniques and the best materials . We present their treatment options in a low pressure environment that is focused on giving them accurate information, so that they can make good decision for themselves.
Requirements:
  • Full Time
  • 4 days
  • no late nights (Mon,Tue,Thurs, Fri)
  • You should enjoy meeting new people and making new friends!
  • You should be able to provide excellent care and quality service.
  • You should have good communication skills and enjoy helping patients understand their treatment and costs.
  • Understand dental scheduling, billing, and insurance. Dentrix Software knowledge of 2-3 years is ideal but training could be possible for the right fit.
  • Accept and Process Payments
  • Sending Claims with attachments, radiographs, justifications.
  • Verifying Insurance Coverage and helping patients understand their benefits.
  • Present Treatment Recommendations
  • in a low pressure informational way. It's our responsibility to give our patients accurate information and then respect their right to choose what works best for them.
  • Attention to detail is important to ensure the best care of our patients.

Compensation:
$26-32 per hr
