Job Description

Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, SC is a therapist owned practice headquartered in Appleton, WI and currently has 30 locations in central and northeastern Wisconsin with over 150 employees. Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine has been recognized by the APTA's Private Practice Section as Private Practice of the Year. Seeking a Medical Receptionist preferably with 1-3 years' experience for our Fond du Lac location at 101 Camelot Drive, Suite 4. This position will be about 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday each week.

  • Tech Savvy Due to rapid growth, our company is seeking a medical receptionist who is has the emotional intelligence and adaptability to interact with patients at all levels of care.

In this position, the person will be responsible for processing doctor referrals, scheduling patients, patient account setup, insurance and patient demographics intake, processing patient payments, completing patient check-in process, and other duties as needed.
