Merrill Smiles provides comprehensive family, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and Invisalign dentistry in a welcoming environment where relationships matter. What You'll Do Welcome and check in patients with outstanding customer service. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently. Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage. Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with confidence and compassion. Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts. Coordinate the daily schedule to maximize efficiency for doctors, hygienists, and assistants. Maintain patient records in Open Dental. Assist with insurance claims, referrals, and administrative paperwork. Help create a positive, team-focused culture while ensuring every patient feels valued.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous dental front office or dental administration experience (preferred). Has experience with dental insurance and treatment coordination. Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Communicates professionally and confidently with patients. Can multitask while maintaining accuracy. Is dependable, positive, and enjoys working as part of a team.
