Job Description

Patient Check-In/Out:
Warmly greet patients upon arrival, manage the check-in process, and facilitate a smooth check-out experience following treatment.
Practice Growth & Marketing:
Support marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to attract and convert new patients.
Schedule Optimization:
Maintain and adjust doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize clinic efficiency and production goals.
Financial Collections:
Collect patient co-pays, deductibles, and balances due for services rendered at the time of check-out.
Account Administration:
Input and continuously update patient records in the dental management software, reviewing accounts for accuracy and completeness.
Insurance Verification:
Verify active insurance coverage and benefits for all upcoming clinical appointments.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments to maintain an optimal daily flow.
Treatment Coordination:
Educate patients on diagnosed dental procedures, provide treatment consultations, and present financial estimates and treatment plans.
Lab Case Management:
Inspect and log incoming dental lab cases upon delivery to ensure all restorations and appliances arrive prior to scheduled patient appointments.

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
