Job Description

Are you looking for a dental practice where your work truly matters and where you can grow as part of a close-knit team? At Integrative Dental Solutions, we approach dentistry differently. We are a wellness-focused practice dedicated to understanding the connection between oral health and whole-body health. We invest time in patient education, prevention, and getting to the root cause, not simply treating symptoms. Dr. Shetty's mission is: "To provide holistic, health-centered, evidence-based dental care to treat the root cause of the problem and not just the symptoms that manifest in the mouth." Our team is small, intentional, and committed to providing an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We are looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist who shares those values and wants to become an important part of what we are building.

Your Role:

As one of the first people our patients interact with, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones and managing patient messages with professionalism and warmth Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Providing administrative and clerical support to the practice Scanning, filing, postage, and other front office duties Ordering and maintaining office supplies Keeping the front office organized, clean, and welcoming Supporting the clinical and administrative team so everyone can stay focused on exceptional patient care

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is reliable, engaged, and takes ownership of their role. You show up ready to contribute, communicate clearly, and understand that the little details make a big difference in a patient's experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience required Strong phone etiquette and patient communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a busy dental environment Team-oriented with a willingness to help where needed Interested in learning, developing new skills, and taking on additional responsibilities over time Eaglesoft experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

$18

•26/hour, based on experience
