Job Description

We are a private practice that is looking to add to our team. Experience in dental is preferred but not required.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the office's phone system
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes
  • Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental procedures, services, and fees
  • Manage patient accounts, including processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Spanish Speaking / Bilingual
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients of all ages
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records We offer competitive pay based on experience.
